Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does erasable ink work?

Our pens use thermo-sensitive gel ink that reacts to heat.
When you rub the ink with the eraser tip, friction produces warmth — causing the ink to become invisible.
It’s clean, fast, and doesn’t damage your paper.

💡 Note: The ink isn’t removed, it simply turns transparent when heated.

2. My writing disappeared after the paper got warm (e.g., from sunlight or a heater). How can I get it back?

Don’t worry — it’s not gone forever!
Because the ink reacts to temperature, you can bring it back by cooling the paper.
Just place your sheet in the freezer for a few minutes (around –10°C / 14°F) and the ink will reappear.

✨ To prevent this, store your notes away from direct sunlight, heaters, or warm laptops.

3. Can I refill my erasable pens?

That depends on the product.
Most of our erasable pens — especially multi-piece sets — come with extra refill cartridges or support standard 0.5 mm refills.
Check your product description for details.
If refills are included, they’re listed in description of the product.

4. Is the ink waterproof or smudge-resistant?

Erasable gel ink is not waterproof, since it’s designed to be removed by friction or heat.
However, it’s smudge-resistant once dry, so your notes stay clean under normal conditions.
Some premium models may offer slightly higher resistance — please refer to the individual product details.

5. How long does one refill last?

It varies by model and usage.
On average, one refill lasts about 500–800 meters of writing (roughly the same as a standard gel pen).
Sets with additional refills can last for months, depending on how frequently you write or erase.
